I was given a contact name and email. I reported a few concerns I had and so ive been gone a full week now, I have still yet to hear from anyone. I will only share the items I had issues just in case they actually reach out to me. Coffe pot unusable, 2nd living room tv did not work, dishes were very dirty, in 3 bathrooms a total of maybe 1 roll of tp, tp holder hanging Other than that, we loved the size of the pool, the location was out of the busyness yet close enough to get to where we wanted and needed. My one major issue, I suffer from migraines, I can typically handle the heat, but at night time for sleeping or when I have a migraine coming on. They controlled the thermostat. I have never stayed somewhere where they did that.This was my 10th or 11th home rental. The sign says its state law to keep no lower than 72, but they locked it at 74. You do your own research if its a law. That was so hard when I ended up with a migraine and needed it cooler. All in all, it was what I needed it to be. A place to come visit my son and enjoy florida for a week.

There are only 2 bathrooms instead of three. The other half bath is in the pool area. There are also lack of bathroom tissues, kitchen paper towels, and dirty coffee maker, etc.It is OK to stay in the house for a few days, but as the owner stated: this is not like a hotel or resort.
