We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

For safety reasons and to prevent any damage to the property, fireworks are strictly prohibited.
★ NO PARKING OR DRIVING ON THE GRASS ★
Please refrain from parking or driving vehicles on the grass areas to preserve the landscaping and prevent any potential damage.
Please note that in order to confirm your booking, we require a signed rental agreement and fully refundable security deposit of $500. This deposit will be placed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to your booking, and will be released within 7 days of your check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and it's left in the same condition as when you arrived.

The house is great. I'm a clean freak and this home was spotless. Homeowner was right there to answer any questions or help with a problem. The location was perfect to tons of restaurants and shops. We had a wedding in brooksville. Short drive. Would definitely stay here again

The house was beautifully appointed and fully equippped, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Each room was also spacious and had enough room for your suitcase to fit and not be cramped.During our stay, Coren was attentive and responsive host. Coren reached out to ensure everything was as expected and going well throughout the stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was nice and the host kept in contact with us the whole time. It was a pleasant experience.

Owner was very responsive to my questions and concerns before our visit. Check in was easy. House was a little dirtier than I would expect, one of the acs was not working and master bathroom shower faucet was broken. Property manger was very kind and apologized and said the property had been vacant for two weeks since last cleaning. That was the reason for my issues. Beds and bathrooms were very clean.
