Om de hoek van het appartement ben je in 1 minuut bij de zee, bij tal van winkeltjes, restaurants en taverna's.
Je moet de airco aan hebben, anders is het binnen niet uit te houden (ook eind oktober).
Het appartement ligt aan het gemeenschappelijke zwembad van meerdere appartementen plus de bijbehorende bar/restaurant, waardoor er weinig privacy is.
Je hebt uitzicht op muren

Das Apartment ist groß und geräumig, ideal für 4 Personen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Wir haben den Pool sehr gerne genutzt, man kann sogar direkt von der Terrasse zum Pool gehen. Die Lage ist ideal, direkt im Zentrum von Plakias und nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand. Der Gastgeber (Kontakt vor Ort und später per Nachricht) war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Auf der Terrasse beim Pool ist man ein wenig im Schaufenster, vor allem wenn die Hotelgäste frühstücken.

Absolutely ideal location in Plakias, can’t be more central but still quiet enough. Good space in the living room and master bedroom. Next to a hotel pool which can be used
Very handy place, does what it say on the tin
Second bedroom with 2 singles is tiny with no wardrobe . Needs to be for 2 small kids. Not teenagers. It’s not a few condos around a pool. This is the only condo integrated in a low to medium budget hotel

We loved the apartment..a step away from the pool and bar. Patios out front and back. Little side street bars and restaurants nearby. Beach and marina 2 minutes walk away. Nothing to much trouble for Vaggelis.
