Abbiamo scelto Podere Venanzio per una vacanza di gruppo tra amici ed è stata una scelta azzeccatissima! La casa è grande e molto spaziosa con tutti i comfort necessari tra cui bagni grandi, ampia cucina con soggiorno e letti comodi; lo spazio esterno è meraviglioso con una splendida piscina dove rilassarsi e un bellissimo parco verde. La posizione è strategica: zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma per raggiungere il lungo mare bastano pochi minuti di bicicletta, inoltre intorno c è tutto ciò che serve a poca distanza. Il proprietario è una persona squisita, davvero accogliente e super disponibile, ci ha dato suggerimenti ottimi! Grazie mille di tutto!

Der Pool war sehr schön auch mit den ausreichend liegen sowie Sonnenschirme war es perfekt. Das Gelände war sehr schön gepflegt und groß.
Die Betten waren sehr hart nicht gerade Rückenfreundlich . Die Dusche ist klein aber reicht doch der Duschkopf sieht schon sehr dreckig aus sollte erneuert werden . Vor ab sollte man Klopapier kaufen . Die Küche ist minimal ausgestattet.

Il ne manque rien et la piscine est à ravir dans un cadre magnifique . Daniele est extrêmement gentil , il est vraiment très serviable . C’est une des plus belles locations en 30 ans , bravo Daniele nous reviendrons
