Great stay and facilities. Good value for money.

Great space, good facilities, friendly and helpful host

Accomodation was booked on the basis that there were 6 beds for 6 people. When we arrived at the property they informed us that they had changed the bed set up and that there were only 4 beds. This was disappointing and inconvenient. Had we know this we would have booked an alternative accomodation. We should have been informed of this and the desciption needs to be updated to reflect this so others are not misled. Also not exclusive use of pool which was not made clear.

We enjoyed the stay! What a space! The kids enjoyed it! Lovely swimming pool and soccer field! Bonus were the puppies for the kids!

Had some problems with mosquitoes, not all beds were equally comfortable

Beautiful and relaxed !

Great location, close to the beach and shops. Incredibly large and beautiful garden all around the house and swimming pool, a real oasis of quiet in the middle of Lido di Camaiore. Approx. 1 Mile away from the sea and the Lido/ Viareggio boulevard with all the shops and beaches. Absolutely wonderful !

Fantastic villa with large swimming pool and balcony, close to beach, good price

We rented the large 4-bed upper floor house with balcony. Loads of space for our party of 7, could easily accommodate another 3-4 people. The mountain views from the balcony were stunning. The location was perfect: 30 minute drive from Pisa airport, beautiful mountain views, 25 min walk to beach front or 5 min drive, train station parking 10 mins drive away, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Ice-cold A/C in all the bedrooms, lots of towels,, good-sized TV with a range of stations and a choice Italian/English audio for a good selection of stations. Kitchen was great, with ample kitchenware and facilities: fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, pots/pans/glasses/plates/cutlery/etc Swimming pool was clean and a good size, with lots of sun-loungers. Nice jacuzzi and shower by the pool as well. The gardens were large and well maintained and there was plenty of parking space for all the guests. A barbecue was available on our balcony. Hosts (not sure if they were owner or caretaker) were very friendly and helpful. Their lovely three dogs (Alsation and 2 poodles) paid us a visit most days for free belly rubs - the hosts did ask first if we were ok with the dogs roaming freely

You had to be on the balcony to get a WiFi signal. Once there the signal was decent.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt

Der Pool war sehr schön auch mit den ausreichend liegen sowie Sonnenschirme war es perfekt. Das Gelände war sehr schön gepflegt und groß.

Die Betten waren sehr hart nicht gerade Rückenfreundlich . Die Dusche ist klein aber reicht doch der Duschkopf sieht schon sehr dreckig aus sollte erneuert werden . Vor ab sollte man Klopapier kaufen . Die Küche ist minimal ausgestattet.

Il ne manque rien et la piscine est à ravir dans un cadre magnifique . Daniele est extrêmement gentil , il est vraiment très serviable . C’est une des plus belles locations en 30 ans , bravo Daniele nous reviendrons

Traumhafter Urlaub zu 7

Wir waren 7 Freunde (25-30 Jahre alt) und haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub zusammen verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist riesig, hervorragend gelegen, super gepflegt mit Top-Ausstattung. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Außengrill und eine überdachte Terrasse. Das Anwesen ist rundum eingezäunt, weshalb wir uns sicher fühlten. Auch unsere Autos waren sicher untergebracht. Das Anwesen bietet viel Platz für Sport oder Entspannung. Der Besitzer, Daniele, hat unser Urlaubserlebnis noch besser gemacht, mit vielen Tipps für die Gegend und einer helfenden Hand in jeglicher Situation. Die Poolanlage ist sehr sauber und wird ständig gereinigt.

Wir hatten einigermaßen viele Mücken, hierfür sollte man vorbereitet sein. Das Anwesen kann jedoch nichts dafür.

Super fantastisk sted i lækre omgivelser og gæstfri vært

En virkelig gæstfri og hjælpsom vært. Lækre og smukke omgivelser på grunden, dejligt pool område. Fint lille hus med både espressomaskine, microbølgeovn, ovn, opvaskemaskine, fint udvalg af køkkenudstyr og aircondition. Gåafstand til tog, bus, indkøb, strand. Man kan også leje cykler hos ejeren. Nemt at komme med tog til skønne steder i Toscana, fx Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre. Billetter købes nemt i app.

Man skal være opmærksom på at der ikke er fortov på en stor del af vejene omkring huset. Man kan sagtens gå i vejsiden, men det er nok ikke så nemt med mindre børn eller med klapvogn/barnevogn. Men man kan evt leje cykler hos ejeren til at komme rundt i nærområdet.
