The location is excellent, and the property itself is very nice.
It was too hot inside the apartment. The air conditioning was not working properly, and there is no AC in the main bedroom. As a result, it was too uncomfortable to sleep there, and we had to spend nights sleeping on the couch in the living room.

Nie die Lage
Die Wohnung ist in der 3.Etage,keine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und das bei 35 grad! das Wort Luxus Penthouse passt überhaupt nicht. Hat nichts mit Luxus zu tun auch mit Penthouse nicht. Es gab einen Mini Balkon da passte gerade eine Person drauf und der ist mit Blick auf einen Hässlichen Innenhof der von Tauben zugeschissen ist. Uralte Bäder das Badezimmer oben ist nur für kleine Kinder. Also es hat nichts mit luxuriös zu tun. Preisleistung passt absolut nicht. Die Fotos machten Hoffnung, die Realität ist eine andere…
