The place was lovely, clean and welcoming with a driveway
The place was really well equipped, well located and delightful.
Communications with the owners were great with quick replies throughout.
Clutching at straws here with just a couple of minor things:
1. House number or name is not on the property so I called the owners to double check the location.
2. Welcome file has seen better days and could do with being updated
3. No cleaning stuff provided such as sponges/j cloths
As I said, these are minor things that did not impact the quality of my stay. It was a wonderful stay.

Lovely property. Excellent location for getting into to Tintagel, being just a short walk away. It's a very large, spacious property on the inside, with everything you need. A great kitchen, with all that you need and a lovely conservatory to sit in to have your meals, looking over a nice little garden. Off-road parking too.
Nothing - all was fine on our stay. A bulb had gone in one of the bedrooms and the owner was very quick to come and replace it the next day.
