Very well situated
Easy short walk to centre of village and pleasant walk to Tintagel Castle
Fairly well equipped owner left biscuits and milk
Good sized well maintained garden
On entering the property, an overwhelming smell of damp
Broken loo roll holder and door handles overall felt a little uncared for

Everything you could expect and more of facilities in the house. Beautiful garden. Far more items in the kitchen and bathroom than you would expect and everything worked fine. It was a short walk into the centre of the town.
What more could you want?
