A wonderful, semi-detached cottage in the heart of Tintagel, with three bedrooms accommodating six people - a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children
The Blue House is a wonderful, semi-detached holiday home for friends and families, situated in the heart of Tintagel, with the village amenities right on your doorstep. The cottage has three bedrooms, including a double, a double with a zip/link option of becoming a twin, a room with bunk beds and a shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area, a sitting area and a balcony where you can enjoy alfresco dining and soak up the dazzling views. There is also a patio outside with furniture, and off road parking for one car. With so much to see and do nearby, The Blue House is the perfect base for exploring Cornwall's stunning north coastline. NOTE: A maximum of 4 adults and 2 children allowed.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, Nintendo Wii and Wii Fit with games, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
Wood burner with starter pack. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot (no bedding provided) available on request. Highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 1 car, plus additional parking in car park 50 yards away. Enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Property accessed via 11 external stairs to first floor. Note: Max 4 adults and 2 children. Please note: There will be works happening at the entrance to the property on Friday 3rd May.

The surrounding area is dominated by the sea, rocky coves and stunning scenery. Several beaches, including nearby Trebarwith Strand and Bossiney Cove, are within easy reach and surfing is the main attraction for those who love the water. Tintagel has several pubs and restaurants and the Old Post Office (National Trust) is a must. For the energetic, the SW Coast Path passes through the village and in both directions it winds its way along the cliffs and down to the water’s edge through dramatic countryside. A great starting point for exploring the Cornwall’s northern coastline.

Lovely property tucked away behind Tintagel town with distant views. Close to facilities. Be cautious if you're tall due to low ceiling heights.
