Good standard of cleanliness Well equipped apartment

For some reason, the owner thinks we’re still in a Covid 19 pandemic. I was emailed after I booked informing me I was to bring my own bed linens, towels, bath mat and oven gloves (I wish I was joking). Not relishing the prospect of a self-laundry ‘holiday’, I requested a full refund cancellation, which was immediately denied. BEWARE!

great location. in the middle of a beautiful countryside but still only few miles away from the beach. easy access to the famous costal walk with my pooch.

Beautiful gem of a place.

We were welcomed with warmth and throughout our stay the ladies were fabulous. The flat had everything we needed and was very clean. The space was big enough for myself and 2 teenagers. The games room was a huge bonus with different things to keep them entertained. The garden with the sea view was beautiful. The flat had everything we needed. Shower, bath, kitchen, TV. It was very clean and parking right outside. The beaches were so close which made it better. As a lady on her own with teenagers I felt safe being there.

The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable for my teenage son but we loaded it up with extra blankets and the duvet and he was ok. We took a sleeping bag after reading other reviews so we has fair warning about the sofa bed. That is being picky though as he was ok on it.

Perfect for our short stay

Cathy met us and she was amazing . She helped us in with our luggage , friendly and helpful. An asset to Lincombe house .

The sofa bed was very in comfy, ended up sleeping on the sofa not as a sofa bed and the 2nd night shared the double bed as otherwise no sleep, that’s the only downside to the property.

A great place to stay on a budget for a couple or a group of three. Wonderful hosts and great for 🐶

Lovely hosts...very welcoming and accommodating. The owner even dog sat our pooch while we took our children out for supper. Accommodation was clean, comfortable double bed, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Newly decorated bathroom was nice.

The sofa bed was small for my two children, so perhaps a little tight for four adults. The bath was also small and the shower temperature fluctuated which made it difficult to use sometimes with small children.
