Every thing was spotlessly clean, instant hot water both “at the tap” and heating( directly off roomstat, no complex timer to suss-out) kitchen appliances all top quality… just round the corner from a Pub and little shop with all sorts. Even a Chemist if required… Great that towels and linen are included, never stayed anywhere that doesn’t provide this, I could tell the laundry service is second to none…😊 ohh and the entire village is kept clean and maintained to a high standard…👏🏻

Only really minor stuff…fabulous huge fridge is the only place to store food, cupboards full of excellent crockery….worktop storage works…no deal breaker… “I’ll bi bak”

Great facilities & use of The Bay for amusements. Able to walk into Filey. Lots of attractions to visit near by.

WiFi would have been welcome!

Great location, close to all the amenities on site and lovely 15 min stroll to a wonderful beach.

No cash machine on-site, kids were desperate to use the on-site arcade but we had no cash on us. Seems silly not to have a cash back facility or atm.

The apartment was well situated, very clean, and had everything you needed.

Unfortunately there was limited Data signal for phones etc, and no WI-FI, so not ideal if you have a teenager, or just wanting to check the tide times.
