Excellent value for money, especially for Thessaloniki which is a tourist city by definition

The property is in reality EXACTLY as described by the owner! Everything was great during our vacation, real and confortable. Even the stairs to the 3rd floor were acceptable, and believe me cause I'm neither the thinnest nor the most athletic person... So dear Athina keep going, what you're doing is great! And thank you for the coffee you have provided!

The stay was overall very good.

Fast and comfortable check in. The host also allowed us kindly to check in earlier :) We enjoyed a lot the area - calm, local but central and close to touristic places. There was coffee ready for us to use as well. Clean, comfortable place also with TV.

We did not like the shower, the walls were not comfortable as the water was always out and all around the floor. We had to look for something to clean it (we found it on the balcony). Every day after the shower the floor was full of water which we could not really avoid.

Excellent location , safe neighbourhood, simple and clear check in , quite comfortable place

Not a place for sounds sensitive people like us , very acoustic . We could hear very vivid sounds for next door apartment and the one above unfortunately also washing machine around midnight. Bathroom lights not really strong - it was hard to shave ;)

10/10 stay, hotel vibes! it had everything

I really recommend this place. The host was communicating with me all the time for everything I needed. We enjoyed it so much and it was so comfortable and clean. Not so much noise even though it is in city center. Location perfect. It was warm inside with heating and had everything we needed. Self check in and check out, very easy. also very artistic and good vibes!

Excellent location and thoughtful host

The apartment is located on one of Thessaloniki’s main avenues, directly across from one of the city’s major churches. During our stay, we had the chance to witness an Easter ceremony, which was a unique and memorable experience for us. The location of the apartment is excellent—just a short walk to the seaside, where you can enjoy relaxing walks along the promenade. The host was extremely kind and attentive. When a minor boiler pressure issue occurred, she managed to resolve it remotely and even offered to move us to another apartment or provide a refund if necessary. Her effort and hospitality were sincerely appreciated. Parking was also convenient. Since our stay coincided with the Easter holiday, many locals were away, making it easier to find street parking. Additionally, there are plenty of paid parking lots nearby where you can safely leave your car at any time, which makes the area manageable even during busier periods. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return in the future.

Good value for money in central position for both enjoying the old town above and the city centre.

Found the location excellent as it sat midpoint between the city centre and the old town which were both very interesting to explore. Was also easy access to the pickup point for our day tours out of the city.

It took a while to adjust to the stairs, but they certainly helped our fitness.

It was hard to sleep for us without ear stoppers because of lack of sound isolation between rooms and quite busy street traffic. In living room was unpleasant smell from the beginning, seems it was from the sofa. But still good value for money.

The host is very responsive, the apartment is really clean and the location is very close to the center. Highly recommend it if you are looking for an apartment in the center of Thessaloniki.

It's not related to the apartment but the parking. We parked in the passenger terminal parking (2km away from the apartment), there is a private parking 300m but he will ask you to take your car keys, so if you don't mind that's also an option.

Stylish home base to explore Thessaloniki

The 2 bedroom apartment was just right for 2 friends travelling. Both bedrooms are well appointed and there's a good size living room where we can hang out. Our balcony looks out to the church of St. Demetrius. There are cafes, a pastry shop and 2 convenience stores just downstairs.

Both the kitchen and bathroom sinks lack splash backs. This is a design flaw which will eventually show some wear and tear of the area with constant exposure to water.

very nice apartment on a nice location

it was very noisy. The tenants on the upper floor made it almost impossible to sleep and in the morning the Main Street on the balcony is very busy. On the other room there pigeons in the morning so it’s quite hard to rest without good earplugs

nice, room, comfortable bed, a lot of space, good wifi, privacy, check in anytime, it was possible to have a late checkout, easy to communicate with the host, will definitely come back

apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator, it's quite loud from the street when the windows are open, there is only one set of keys, water from the shower splashes out on the floor

The rooms were ok and clean. The bed comfortable the shower worked and there was plenty of hot water. The towels were of a generous size and the covers/sheets good. The tv worked.

The flat is on the 4th floor and there is NO lift. This was not explicit when we booked. Several flights of stairs to navigate with heavy suitcases was not a great introduction... to our first evening......and it didn't get easier. Also when we arrived there wasn't even a bottle of water for us... Also, there was a washing machine but no soap powder....they could have left a coupke of wash pods. Some more thought is required in terms of provisions. Not all lamps worked.
