It's a great place, like in the photos.
It's ground floor and bedroom face the street, it's still quite just need to keep the curtains shut.
The main issue in the flat is that there're no 24/7 hot water, there's a button to press and then wait for about 30 min, then the shower will less for few minutes :(
Other than that the place is great!

Pretty and good location. Very easy in and out. Good bed.
Smaller than the photo suggests, No a/c in living room. Not very generous (tiny bit of shampoo/soap, no extra duvet cover etc ).
