Bayside Beauty in Mission Beach, California

Great house, clean and easy to access. Direct access to Mission Bay. Parking was great, there is a carport, that can fit either 1 big car or 2 smaller cars. Which makes it easy for this area.

The house was so spacious, clean and kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The view and location made this a perfect stay for our family. We walked to everything. The ocean is less than 5 minutes and restaurants and stores are nearby. We enjoyed the beach towels, chairs and bikes.

This house was amazing! It was clean, nice lay out, great views, on the beach and 1 block to other beach! Our family had a great time! Mary was great to work with as well!

We spend nearly a week with my parents (in their 70s), husband, and toddler. Pros: -Location - the house is just steps from the bay and across the street from the ocean. -Beach items on the property -Good communication with the host. She arranged with our Rent4Baby crib to be delivered and picked up while we were not at the property. -Comfortable beds -Nightly views of the SeaWorld fireworks Cons: -AC - it is my fault for not realizing at booking that there is only portable AC units in the bedrooms. They work well, but the main living space gets quite hot with just the use of fans. If you were out and about during the middle of the day, you probably wouldn’t even notice it; but having a toddler who needed to come back and nap, we couldn’t avoid the heat in the living space. The fans needed a good dusting too. -There are two tile steps that lead down to two of the bedrooms. It was ultimately fine, but another FYI for those with young children. -My mom who has had a knee replacement struggled on the stairs (again, something to keep in mind for certain people). -A few items in the house were damaged/worn down but fine.
