Great Villa, Great Lovation, Great Holiday!

Great location, close to everything, staff helpful with small issue we had and put right straight away, also kept us up to date before arrival. Little welcome pack in the fridge was a nice touch.

No fan in bedroom downstairs. Bedroom To was too small. No Wi-Fi available upstairs. Parked cars at entrance to villa area. Awkward at times.

Disappointing stay due to bad service

Location amazing, stones throw from everything you could possibly need.

Pool small (more so than it looks in the photos) and didn't experience good customer service from agent. When we arrived the fans in the bedrooms weren't working and we had the replace the batteries at our own expense, when I told the agent I received no response. Pool filter broke halfway through our holiday so the water gradually got dirtier and dirtier, insects and feathers floating on top, dirt gathering on the bottom, water very cloudy so children couldn't see anything when they went under (which is what they had been enjoying doing) and generally unpleasant to swim in. We had to chase up replacement filter which wasn't fitted until last day of the holiday. When I asked the agent for some compensation (which in my opinion, I shouldn't have had to do) all they would give was a credit voucher for a return stay. Hardly appropriate when you don't even live in the same country to make use of it. I've had to open a credit card dispute to try and recoup a tiny bit of money as I don't see how you can expect full price for under-par facilities. These things happen and it would have been easy for them to be fair and offer a small refund as a goodwill gesture. Its a shame as the location was great but I would not return.

Good

3 bathrooms and spacious living area Close location to the main strip, beach and bakery. Prompt communication with the hosts.

- The bedroom with the un-suite had a strong smell of damp. - The pool lights were on timer which I was told it had been taken off but it continued to be on timer. - The pool area wasn’t properly cleaned we found large pieces of plastic around. - The fact that you have an allowance of 75€ for electricity use and was only informed of this when the link for the deposit was sent. Luckily we were a conscientious group and didn’t over use the air con. - villa 2 has a considerable smaller size pool and outdoor space compared to the other villas.

Superb

Great location in terms of beach and amenities around you. Having Zorba by the sea within a minute walk is always great! There were a couple of issues when we arrived and they were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Staff were polite and responsive. We had a fantastic first holiday after 3yrs of pandemic.

Lovely villa, well placed for fig tree bay but you might struggle for an early night

Well presented property. Very comfortable with good facilities. Well equipped kitchen which is nice when self catering.

Due to the proximity to the bars and nightlife it is very noisy until the early hours. Upstairs we needed ear plugs to sleep before 1am

Great location but room for improvement

Location is just perfect between see side and restaurants street

The cleanliness- the sheets were dirty and the kitchen and floor were dusty and dirty we had ti clean everything The mattresses of all the beds very bad quality - had back pain from them- I don t think I was ever in a holiday to have this sensation the mattresses is so bad that I cannot rest comfortably. I recommend a change.

Overall, good value for money.

Excellent location for bars/restaurants and beach. Villa was a good size. Good access to numerous TV channels, particularly sport.

Would have liked a bigger pool which some of the adjoining, empty, villas had. Wi-fi was a bit hit-and-miss at times, particularly when watching sport when the picture froze a lot. Could not find the hair dryer that owners said was there.
