Beautiful villa with perfect outdoor space. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great communication with Victoria who helps with any queries you may have.

A little remote and hard to find.

Location, away from others. Gardens extensive and well maintained Beds comfy. Pool large Views over protaras( only from top rear balcony) Wi-Fi good with extensive to proframme range

1) Outside sofa and two arm chairs disgusting. Smelt, very heavily marked, zippers broken. When pointed out to the female rep she stated “ oh but it was very expensive” 2) Main room sofa also smelly with cushions. With sweet wrappers from previous occupants found under headrests . 3) Plug mechanism on corner bath removed , difficult to remove plug ( villa rental knew about this) found mechanism at back of under sink cupboard! 4) Voiles in main bedroom brown water stain about 1ft up this. 5) The pictures on web site show clear view from infinity pool. Now a huge hedge blocking this to gardens. When spoke to pool maintenance he had complained also as this blocks the filters with debris. 6) Lights on trees at front of villa constantly flashing not static. Video sent to company. Nothing done. Flashed all day and night. 7) Gardeners ( 3 men) came twice on or 14 day stay. Not pleased that two of them urinated in gardens! In front of my children! Also both visits spent 30mins eating and drinking beer, left rubbish and cans in our bin. 8) Didn’t get a clean until our 10th day of stay. 9) Villa very basic , no pictures or ‘warmth ‘ just bland magnolia walls 10) Cutlery and plates cheap’ikea’ type. Not what I expected when paid a lot to stay.
