Magnifique vue, endroit parfait pour admirer la belle plage de Cabourg. Tout le nécessaire sur place. Nous n’avons pas eu froid en cette fin décembre grâce au chauffage qui fonctionne vite.
La chambre est plutôt un coin nuit, car elle est non fermée: il est donc impossible de s’isoler, avec un enfant qui peut dormir plus tôt et être gêné par la lumière, mais cela n’est pas un problème pour quelques jours.

J'ai aimé la communication avec le concierge avec retours rapides, la récupération facile des clés (boite à clé), le bruit de la mer, le stationnement facile devant la résidence
Entendre les voisins, Devoir apporter mon linge (sinon 30e), devoir faire le ménage, arriver dans un appart glacé (3 degré dehors et radiateurs éteints), radiateurs bloqués à 19 degre non suffisants (probleme isolation car chez moi c'est aussi à 19d, j'avais froid. canapé pas très confortable, Mauvais rapport qualité prix pour plus de 150e la nuit en semaine hors saison en mars !!!
