The property was quite small but extremely well laid out to make the most of the space available with everything needed for a self-catering stay. It was on the 2nd floor but served by an very efficient lift. The location was excellent being very close to all the main attractions. The view of the sea from the balcony was exceptional. Car parking in the basement was totally secure with an allocated bay. We will certainly consider revisiting as Cabourg is a perfect holiday destination for the Belle Epoque experience!

We were given poor instructions for getting into the property and car park on arrival and we thought there would be someone to help us which made it confusing to gain entry to the apartment and car park. In our opinion all this could have been made easier by clear and simple instructions provided beforehand.

J'ai aimé la communication avec le concierge avec retours rapides, la récupération facile des clés (boite à clé), le bruit de la mer, le stationnement facile devant la résidence

Entendre les voisins, Devoir apporter mon linge (sinon 30e), devoir faire le ménage, arriver dans un appart glacé (3 degré dehors et radiateurs éteints), radiateurs bloqués à 19 degre non suffisants (probleme isolation car chez moi c'est aussi à 19d, j'avais froid. canapé pas très confortable, Mauvais rapport qualité prix pour plus de 150e la nuit en semaine hors saison en mars !!!
