Gorgeous home from home a stones throw from the sea front and Avenue de la Mer

It’s gorgeous! Light and bright, super comfy beds, incredibly thoughtfully done. A really super home from home. And so close to the sea front.

Pas d'eau chaude pendant plusieurs jours et laissés pour compte

L'emplacement, le jardin à l'arrière.

Nous avons dû supporter presque 3 jours sans eau chaude ni douche à cause d'un panne du ballon d'eau chaude impossible à relancer malgré les indications. Le gestionnaire a déjà demandé plusieurs fois aux propriétaires de changer leur installation qui tombe en panne régulièrement. Ce qu'ils n'ont pas fait. C'est au bout de 3 jours seulement qu'on nous a indiqué la possibilité d'utiliser une douche à l'étage supérieur ! Les propriétaires n'ont pas été honnêtes avec nous: quand une panne est récurrente, on n'appelle pas ça "un nouveau caprice" du ballon d'eau chaude. Et mon mari était de santé fragile. Il y a également de mauvaises odeurs d'humidité au rez-de-chaussée dans l'entrée de l'immeuble.

Dommage, cela aurait pu être parfait mais...

L'emplacement, La décoration, la luminosité, le calme. Les petites madeleines de bienvenue et 2 capsules café . L'équipement de la cuisine. Ce lieux a beaucoup de charme et est très bien décoré. Il est idéal pour un couple avec des enfants.

ATTENTION : La seconde chambre est commandée par la première. Il faut donc passer par la première chambre pour aller au toilettes ou accéder au reste de l'appartement. Les 2 lits superposés de cette chambre ne sont pas fait pour recevoir des adultes, car pas de lattes de sommier. Matelas mince. directement sur les barreaux de la structure. Lits grinçants à chaque fois que l'on bouge une oreille, j'ai du dormir la seconde nuit dans le canapé. ( Beaucoup plus confortable). Enfin Il y avait juste le lit double de la chambre principale qui était préparé. J 'ai du faire mon lit moi même , sans avoir pu trouver une housse de couette. Soit disant il fallait que je prévienne que l'on dormait séparément. Mais j'ai choisi ce logement car il y avait 2 chambres justement! Donc on s'attend à avoir tous les lits des chambres de fait logiquement... Ou bien dan ce cas que l'hote demande , si il veut s'économiser du linge. Pas de lumière dans la cage escalier, (noire totale le soir) L'hôte à réagit le lendemain seulement et n'a pas fait le nécessaire pour une réparation à temps. J'étais avec ma mère âgée, c'était un peu dangereux pour elle malgré mon aide à la lumière de mon téléphone... J'ai laissé des messages Waht's ap, mais je n'ai eu les réponses que le lendemain. Trop tard ! J'ai eu comme réponse Désolée pour ce désagrément. Je regrette que les hotes n'aient pas été plus attentionnés à notre égards.

Appartement spacieux, lumineux, propre, bien décoré et bien équipé. Très proche du centre-ville et de la plage. Parking gratuit à proximité.

Salle d’eau petite avec wc intégré. Mauvaise odeur dans celle-ci. Grincement d’un lit superposé. Activation manuelle du ballon d’eau chaude.

L emplacement près du centre et de la plage. La clarté. La propreté.

La taille du lit, l'exiguité des toilettes et de la salle de bain. Des lits superposés bruyants et pas confortables. Grille-pain HS. Pas de prise électrique utilisable dans la salle de bain. Une hauteur sous et sur la mezzanine ne permettant pas de se tenir debout. Bref, à plus de 300€ la nuit, ça fait beaucoup

Appartement très proche du front de mer, du casino et de la rue commerçante. Tout peut se faire à pied. Et il y a une borne de charge pour véhicule électrique à moins de 50m.

L'appartement est presque plus joli que sur les photos ! Très bien placé, très agréable et décoré avec goût, nous avons vraiment apprécié. Les hôtes sont charmants et très réactifs (on a réservé vers 15-16h pour le soir même...)

Un séjour au calme dans un très bel appartement en plein centre de Cabourg

L'appartement est au calme, bien équipé et surtout décoré avec goût. Parfait pour un couple. La chambre est très agréable donnant sur le jardin. Le salon est confortable et la cuisine dispose de beaucoup d'éléments (four à micro-ondes, four, machine à café type nespresso, bouilloire,...). Il y a une chambre pour les enfants (lits superposés) donnant aussi sur le jardin. Parking gratuit devant l'immeuble. L'immeuble est bien situé et reconnaissable grâce aux instructions des hôtes.
