It was a great location with good tram/metro/bus links. It was clean, comfortable and the host was very lovely. It was a great stay for us in Rome.
We had some issues with the boiler showing error messages and being on and off with the hot water. The host wasn't in the city so couldn't come to fix it, but talked me through the process via WhatsAppand was quick to reply.

Es muy espacioso
El menaje de cocina muy deteriorado (excepto la sartén) , el microondas no funcionaba. La terraza muy grande pero un poco abandonada. El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, pero al menos funcionaba, menos mal.
