This is a fantastic apartment! It does have three flights of stairs to it but it's on the top floor with a great view from the balcony. It was quiet and we were very glad it has air conditioning because the weather was hot, hot, hot! Well-equipped kitchen and great to have free wifi. It was a great place to relax being very comfortable. The owner, Ana, was so easy to deal with and so friendly.
I couldn't find much in the way of English-speaking channels on the TV but that wasn't a major issue as we were staying for work and went out to eat in the evenings. I think that's as bad as it gets as far as we were concerned so we have no complaints at all.
