About this apartment rental
You will stay in a modern and fully equipped 2-room apartment, on the top floor of a residence with a lift, located:
- less than 5 minutes\' walk from the seafront and beaches;
- and just a stone\'s throw from the shops (restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, hairdressers, etc.).
Spacious and bright, this through apartment is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. Its balcony, with a sea view, has a table for dining as well as two sun loungers, and will offer you pleasant moments of relaxation.
Also very practical, the accommodation is furnished with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, induction hobs with extractor fan, large fridge, coffee maker, toaster, citrus press...
This accommodation can accommodate up to four (4) people with one bedroom (queen size bed - 160cm) and a wall bed (double) in the living room. In the bathroom, you will find an Italian shower as well as separate toilets.
If you like to travel by public transport, the bus stop is only 200m away, and the SNCF train station is 700 metres away. Or you could rent bikes, 500m away. If you come by car, you will find paid parking spaces around the residence.
The accommodation is carefully cleaned, disinfected and prepared for your arrival.

This was our 10th visit to this apartment. For us, it is near perfect!
It is beautiful spacious comfortable. We love the views of the sea and the mountains. Round the corner are Friendly shops that sell everything we need, And a superb Boulangerie.
It is within easy flat and enjoyable walking of the old town centre.

Piso muy grande, luminoso y bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, de las playas y del casco antiguo, sobre una calle tranquila y de fácil accesibilidad, tanto en coche como en transporte público. Recomendable para familias.
Muy limpio y completamente equipado. La atención de la agencia amable y profesional.
Como única observación, creemos mejor política incluír la ropa de cama y de baño en el precio inicial, ya que es algo que normalmente se da por supuesto.
Altamente recomendable, lo tendremos en cuenta en futuras ocasiones.
