Menton and Carnolès train stations are both less than a 10-minute walk away. I offer a pick-up service for your convenience.
Bus stops are located right outside the residence, providing easy access to Monaco in approximately 15 minutes, with buses departing every 10 minutes to all destinations.
This is a well-maintained, quiet, and high-quality residence. There are no nearby establishments causing any disturbances.
A large terrace overlooking the sea features a dining area and a lounge for relaxation.
The living room is very spacious and includes a state-of-the-art kitchen with high-end appliances and a comfortable, inviting central island.
The comfortable living room faces the Mediterranean and is a large, bright room with a natural stone wall and a large, adjustable, next-generation television. (You can watch TV from the living room or bed, the kitchen, and the terrace; internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc.)
An elegant bedroom opening onto the terrace with a dressing room, television, and high-quality bedding (very thick mattress with one firm side and one soft side). Enjoy a breathtaking sea view from the bed!
A luxurious, stylish bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
The toilet is separate.
A second couple or your children can stay very comfortably, as the sofa bed is high-quality with a thick Bultex mattress designed for everyday use (160 cm).
The apartment is equipped with a very quiet, reversible ducted air conditioning system, ensuring an ideal and consistent temperature throughout.
Variable LED lighting creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere in the bedroom and living room.
Everything has been designed for the comfort and well-being of its occupants.
You have a private parking space in the basement.
Special attention is required for large vehicles. For very large vehicles, please contact me; solutions will be offered.
You can easily park near the residence, free of charge, even during peak season.
There is also a parking lot 50 meters away (paid parking only from June 1st to September 30th).
Just a few meters away are the "Bains du Cap," a new aquatic complex with swimming pools, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, wellness areas, and a solarium overlooking the sea.
The Lemon Festival festivities are less than 10 minutes away (without the associated noise and disruptions during this period).
