Lovely clean tidy home near sea for couples or families with older child/children.

Property was clean and tidy. Good location for our stay whilst seeing friends. Is great for couples and families with older child/children. Good information about area and local takeaways/restaurants.

There was no cot/travel cot for our little one. No highchair. Hooks in bathrooms could be useful for to hang towels or clothes rather than putting them on the sink or toilet seat.

A Lovely, Comfortable Stay

I liked that it was easy walking distance to town. It was also a ten minute walk to my brother's house which was very convenient for visiting him and his family. My brother said he would recommend Little Weech to people visiting him in Dawlish. I will do the same. Everything in the rooms was lovely and it had all the home homes comforts and I was able to cook a few meals instead of eating out.

There is nothing negative about the accommodation.

Cosy space, great location

Very compact & cosy space in a quiet area. An easy walk into town & the beach. Good communication with the host.

The welcome instructions say: We supply individually packaged tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk for your enjoyment. Please note this is one tea bag, one coffee sachet & one sugar per guest! We travel a lot & always take our own supplies but on this occasion didn't as we thought they were being supplied. Also, only 1 dishwasher tablet! Obviously a very small thing but I would have brought supplies with me so at least we could have a cuppa each at breakfast on our 2 day stay. Easily remedied by a walk into town to the shops but thought I'd give other visitors a heads-up!

A steep walk down & up from tje village

Is was ok for a short stay but not a week ,, not enough room to prepare meals,and not enought storage,space in the bedroom for clothes,/ drawers .

If booking for four adults second bed is a sofabed!

The place was clean and the double bed was comfy plus the shower in the bathroom was good.

We booked for two couples and I failed to realise that the second bed advertised is actually a sofa bed in the lounge/dining area. This is because there are two photos of the same double room in the description from different angles with different bedspreads on. I feel this is a bit misleading and on this occasion the other couple with us had to find alternative accommodation as they wanted more privacy. The accommodation is pretty small and if we had used the sofa bed it would have been very difficult to move around the proper while anyone was using it, plus there isn't really anywhere for anyone using the sofabed to store their things.

Lovely little place

Lynne was very welcoming on our arrival.Very nice place.Ideal for a short break.. Walking distance to town centre.Nice Park and lots of tea rooms and cafés.Dawlish Warren is nice place with walks, beach and children's facilities.

Visited with young puppy and would have liked a small garden or yard to relax but only minor thing.

Very pleasant and very warm and clean.

The bed was so comfortable and was nice and warm. The roll top bath was a treat as was the walk in shower. The little dog treats was a lovely touch.

The floor boards in the living room were quite noisy. Also the bathrooms were a bit snug. There was not storage space in the bathrooms and just a wardrobe in the bedroom, maybe could do with a couple of draws.

The apartment was small , but the space had been well thought out and you had everything you needed. It was a 15 minute walk from the seafront area. Which was fine for us.

Parking was limited to one space on a fairly narrow road, just in front of the property. It wasnt an issue, but would have preferred off road parking

This appartment is for 2 persons acceptable, but the owner must do some updates for hygiene.

When we arrived was the owner at the front door to tell us all about the appartment

The verry small wasbasins hands could hardly be washed under this. The apartment was above the owner's kitchen, when spicy cooking was done there, the entire apartment smelled after this The bathroom with the shower inside wasn't acceptable, durty thick sealants around the shower wall.

A nice weekend

It was a nice little apartment with a shower room, toilet & wash basin plus an on suite bathroom which had a bath, toilet & wash basin too. The bath was very nice & I also liked the lights around the mirrors in both bathrooms. The kitchen area was well equipped & the appliances were easy too use. It was a quiet location & I slept well even though the bed was a little firmer than I prefer. There were recyclable bags left so that glass, plastic, paper & cardboard could be recycled.

There wasn't anything that I disliked except for the fact that there were no lights or street lights outside the property, so you were afraid to go far when taking the dog out last thing at night. It would be a good idea to have a torch on hand if you need to go outside in the night. The only things I would have liked was maybe another lamp in the lounge/kitchen. The main lights were quite bright but there wasn't quite enough light with the lamp. I would have also liked to have a coat hook in both the bathrooms. It was a quite compact flat, I think it is ideal for 2 adults & maybe a child but I felt it would be too cramped for 3 adults.

Lovely little place to stay

This was such a great property ideal for the three of us and our dog. A beautiful roll top bath in the en suite!

The only thing I would say it was quite a walk back to the apartment up the hill. Unfortunately taxis were just not available on both nights we tried.
