La chambre est bien située et facilement accessible. La bâtisse est charmante. L’espace est fonctionnel et agréable.
La qualité sonore du lieu pourrait être améliorée : on entend un bruit de fond type chaufferie ou équipement électrique.

Good place to stay, 20 min walk to Cognac Castle. The place is very quiet, safe. Very large apartments with all equipment. I recommend it

The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable also excellent shower/bathroom facilities and plenty of wardrobe space. All very private
It was a very hot night and a fan would have been welcome if available. I don’t think it was clear enough online that breakfast was not included, although there was a kettle etc to make a cup of tea/coffee

Petit dejeuner non compris. . Studio confortable .
Aucun accueil à l'arrivée .J'ai du téléphoner le soir pour faire marcher la télé . Et déranger la personne le matin pour la machine à café, à dosettes, qui fonctionnait mal ( idem le 2ème matin !... ) 2ème soir : chien qui a aboyé pendant une bonne heure ! ...
