This hotel was absolutely sublime. All of the staff were keen to ensure our stay was good. The two restaurants were very good. The centre of Cognac is a 20-30 minute walk along the river. We will be back - highly recommended.
The air conditioning in the bedroom was terrible and couldn't keep-up with cooling. Interestingly, the last night was better, so not sure if the engineer had fixed it or whether less guests meant it wasn't so stretched.
