Massive room on the top floor with great bathrooms and balcony to go with it. Customer service is great. Surrounded by plenty of good restaurants, a convenience store downstairs and 2 subway stations close by.

Laundry facilities could be a bit better, but they're still good enough to get the job done

We were very fortunate to be greeted by Mr Park who speaks excellent English, was very friendly & helpful. The hotel is in quite a convenient position if you want to stay central in the city. It is less than 10 minutes walk from Seomyeon subway station on the same line as Napo bus station we arrived at from Gyeongju & left from for Seoul. Our room was extremely well designed & larger than most Korean hotel rooms. It even had the most wonderful rain shower with a door! We chose the breakfast for $8 which was varied & plentiful but agree the room would very easily become overcrowded.

Check-in is quite late at 4pm though luggage storage prior & after checkout is provided.

+ Great value for money. No-frills but comfortable. + Located on the outskirts of the city centre but an easy walk to the main shopping areas. + The receptionist, Park, was very welcoming and friendly. Without us having to ask, he offered to lend us umbrellas. We were able to leave our bags before check in, and were allowed to check in an hour early. + The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a sofa. + The bathroom lighting was great - the best we had in the range of hotels we stayed at in Korea. + It was good to have an openable window and individual room air conditioner. + Plenty of space to put luggage. + We didn't use it but there was a clothes steam press in the room!

- Unfortunately our stay was marred by the smell of stale smoke that came as soon as we turned on the air conditioner. Even when we turned off the air conditioner the room still stunk of stale smoke. A shame as it is a no-smoking hotel and the room would have been perfect otherwise.
