Very comfortable, anything that you needed was on hand and property exceptionally clean. Location was great easy access to Katoomba and surrounds. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

The location was great for our visit to Katoomba and Blackheath. The house had almost everything we needed for a short stay. There was an aircon and a gas heater to keep us from getting cold (it was July). The kitchen was well equipped for our one dinner in and our breakfasts. The bathroom was spacious with great water pressure, the rooms were cosy and the lounge area was large enough to relax in.

We found a lack of useful sharp knives in the kitchen. There was a washing machine but no drier. The beds were very hard - a mattress topper would really help with that. The access road to the property is rough - luckily my car is not too low to the ground or we would really have struggled.

Very cosy little cottage with comfortable beds and well provided kitchen and bathroom. Clean and tidy with plenty of linen and blankets, reverse cycle heating warms the place well.

The lane way is quite steep and gravelly, and could be difficult for some vehicles or in wet weather. Couldn't open windows to let fresh air in.

A well laid out property with great amenities.
