Space available, heating worked well, 3 seperate bedroom as advertised. Would have been a massively better stay if we had been advised we would have to deal with 2 other entities and supply "SPECIFIC" identification PRIOR to make booking. This information was ONLY revealed after booking and My money had been taken.

Booking process which has previously been straight forward was nothing short of disastrous with zero mention of any entity called "made comfy" We were never advised it would be a mandatory requirement to enter into an agreement with an entity called "Stripes" that required consent for them to download our personal information onto overseas computers in Ireland, Singapore, USA and "other affiliates for reasons still unknownl!! The reason given was a blatant lie. It was allegedly to verify who actually checked in but the Stripes terms and conditions stated the process was to detect fraudulent payments! Either way the exact persons who actually checked in was never checked. (How can it be if no one is there?) Additionally No requirement was ever specified that you must have a PASSPORT or a DRIVERS LICENSE in order to be allowed to access the property. This is a crucial point. Thousands of people do not hold one. ZERO GENUINE COMMUNICATION. We thought we were booking with booking.com NO other entity. After that received constant threatening/harrassing emails which was in direct contradiction to the booking.com website which stated NO personal information should be given to any other party. Large warnings in red on their website about this and then followed with their customer service (if you call it that) confirming we should NOT give out any personal details as the booking is confirmed and funds have cleared = NO POSSIBILITY of a FRAUDULENT PAYMENT = so what was all the FUSS about. Made Comfy staff also impossible to understand clearly (except one lady on the night the booking commenced who was the best of anyone I spoke with). No one available to contact in Australia, entire operation by remote control in INDIA But Indian people speak 4 XS faster than Australians, with heavy accents and limited grammar/syntax. Premises pitch back on arrival no exterior lighting at.

Real lack of property maintenance esp gardens and grounds maintenance, weeds everywhere, lawns over grown and all roof gutters full of leaves causing overflowing gutters when rain.
