I booked and paid for the accommodation, the owner did not answer the phone, did not respond to messages, did not send the code for the key, I stood outside in the rain for an hour, trying to contact the owner and in the end I had to take another accommodation, my money was not refunded. Shame on the booking that did not respond to the complaint.

Face to a freezing pool

I had confirmed with the owner before I came, she told me there is wifi in the apartment, but she was lying. And no reception with 4G, get ready to with no contact. Get to pay for the electricity which is not been told before we came, even we are very careful, very expensive, even want to be warm all the time get ready to pay 100€ extra.

Phenomenal unbeatable pricing, amazing owner, 😕beds, indescribable view/location. TINY shower

The woman running it is amazing, and so nice and helpful! The view is INDESCRIBABLE!! The area is pretty great too, pretty close to St Sorlin d'Arves 💖 It was advertised as tiny in square footage, but the full kitchen, fridge, futon, hallway, and closet made it considerably larger than the ft² suggests. I LOVED NENNES 🐶🐕💖💖 that pup was lovely 💖 *DON'T BE UPSET WITH OUR PHOTOS WITH THE DOG INSIDE, because we were making friends with him and still petting him at the door, so it's from us loving him, not him being disobedient. That's our fault for petting him and loving him inside 🐕🐶💖 The stream in the back is amazing, and we found our way to it and just sat and enjoyed the view and the freezing cold water rushing by and the beautiful rocks. Be sure to clean your room well before you leave, and wash all your dishes. For ~80 for TWO nights, plus the ~8€ for the electricity we used, was unbeatable.

The beds were somewhat stiff and uncomfortable. A few of the amenities or features were nearby but not on site, and the pool wasn't full when we visited 🙁. That was probably on us though, for not reading the policies and terms closely before arriving 🤦‍♀️ Room 4 in the house/building by the pool, near room 6, didn't get great Wi-Fi reception while we were there, because the router is up the hill in the main house/building. BUT, if I understood correctly, she is in the process of getting a relay to boost the signal to down there. The SHOWER was the smallest shower I've ever seen in my life, and I could barely fit my pudgy belly through the doors, and when something fell I could barely lean over to pick it up, it was so narrow. SUPER tiny shower in Room 4.

1. Chalet unclean upon arrival 2. Paid for bed linen and you were given paper sheets that ripped. I am refusing to pay for them. 3. Bedroom curtain pole fell down on first draw of curtains so had to repair it myself. 4. Had to repair the table leg to stop it falling off 5. The shower head holder was broken so you had to shower holding the head. 6. No more than 4 quick showers in an evening before hot water ran out. This in an apartment holding 8 people. 7. Steps down to the chalet entrance really poor build quality and a trip hazard 8. Plug sockets in the area of the kitchen sink At best this is a very basic, very small low quality chslet/apartment.

The property needs to be cleaned properly it's really dirty. If you are staying in this property make sure you take a picture of electricity meter on arrival. Otherwise you will pay a lot on electricity.

A EVITER !!!!!

le calme du lieu, la proximité de la navette.

nous étions logés dans l'ancienne ferme, tout était fait de bric et de broc, la vaisselle était sale en arrivant , les casseroles et poêles délabrées, aucun produit d'entretien a minima (produits vaisselles, éponge, etc..) manque de prises dans la cuisine, une multiprises faisait fonction pour tout l'électroménager (frigo, bouilloire, cafetière, etc..) de même pour la chambre commune !!!.le logement n'étant pas isolé et l'électricité étant comptée en plus, je ne vous explique pas la note !!!! la salle de bains sentait le moisi ,et après une douche l'humidité suintait sur la faïence des murs ,manque d'une bonne ventilation. le TOP c'est tout de même une fausse hôte de cheminée dans la salle commune-cuisine-salon, très basse contre laquelle nous nous sommes pris l'angle, très pointu, chacun notre tour! l'un d'entre nous a même eu le cuir chevelu entamé, avec un bon saignement. un logement peut être simple, je le comprends, mais dans un état pareil, c'est tout simplement scandaleux au regard du prix.

L'appartement est bien équipé et la proximité des navettes est très pratique. La propriétaire a été disponible pour les quelques soucis que nous avions.

Prévoir 50 euros d'électricité en hiver pour être confort au niveau température de chauffage. Gros bémol : une odeur de fuel dans le salon dûe à la proximité de la chaudière ( de l'autre côté du mur) accentuée par la mise en marche de la hotte de cuisine. Mais nous nous en sommes acclimaté.

La proximité avec les sentiers de balades et le torrent juste en bas L’hôte est sur place également donc pratique pour récupérer les clefs

Logement au calme au bord de la rivière. Accueil très sympa. Situé en face du skibus. Qualité/prix. Balades au pied de la maison.

Logement propre mais désuet. Relativement loin du centre du village pour ceux qui cherchent à accéder aux pistes rapidement. Dépendant du skibus ou d’une voiture pour se déplacer.

Un extérieur charmant, un intérieur d'un autre temps.

L'endroit est atypique car il faut rejoindre la maison par un petit chemin pentu, c'est une grande bâtisse et d'extérieur, il y a beaucoup de charme. Le paysage y contribu pour autant. La voiture peu rester garée sur le bord de la route mais c'est large. Comme je l'avais déjà lu sur les avis, la patronne est sympathique et agréable.

L'intérieur est bien moins charmeur, pour résumer d'une classification simple "c'est vieux, tout est vieux". Mobilier/vaisselle/nombre de prise élèc, etc... c'est vraiment vintage. Et un point important à prendre en compte, surtout sur un long séjour, le courant est payant, c'est bel et bien noté sur le site (pas à jour pour le tarif) mais franchement on ne l'avait pas vu et c'est même la première fois que l'on vois ça. Les radiateurs étant eux aussi vieux, en plein hiver, compter 10/15€ par jour.

Logement mal isolé, équipement bas de gamme et peu nombreux, radiateurs pas réglables. Il nous a été demandé payé en plus l'électricité alors que ça ne figure pas dans l'annonce Booking et en espèce .
