Accommodation: Welcome to this accommodation in Prestige nestled in the heart of a new chalet with careful decoration, with access to the private sauna (3H/day), in a privileged setting with stunning views of the resort and the Aiguilles d'Arves.Our Duplex sauna is located at the entrance of the village, right next to the cheese factory. During the tourist season (summer and winter), you will enjoy a free shuttle to the village and the slopes in 5 minutes! The first shops (boulangerie, restaurant, sports shop) are about 600m away.You will find on the first level a spacious and bright living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with TV, a toilet.The floor consists of a shower room with toilet, a bedroom with double bed 140*190cm, a mezzanine with two single beds 80*190cm(or double bed), another mezzanine with a single sofa bed 120*190cm, a bedroom with double bunk beds 90*190cm and finally a double master bedroom 140*190cm, balcony and shower room.The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, an electric coffee machine with filters and another with pods (DOLCE GUSTO), a kettle, a raclette and fondue machine, a toaster, and all the dishes for 11 people!Outside, you will have two reserved parking spaces as well as a separate ski locker, a petanque plot and a beautiful terrace with outdoor furniture, deckchairs and Barbecue au Gaz.Mezzanines are not recommended for children under 8 and adults over 60.Please note that sheets and towels are optional and additional.You can order them up to 3 days before your arrival.Your reservation includes free cleaning at the end of your stay.ANIMALS: The owner accepts the presence of your pet! Please note that only small animals are accepted, kept on leash and provided they are not left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not allowed on the sofa or beds.
