Perfect for large families or groups of friends, this 84 m² apartment on the 2nd floor of Les Balcons de St So residence accommodates up to 12 guests. South-facing, it’s located in the heart of the Sybelles ski area, just 150 m from the slopes and close to shops. Enjoy a superb mountain view from the south-facing balcony. There’s a ski equipment rental shop on site.
The apartment features five bedrooms, including three on the landing: one with a double bed (140 cm), one with a double bed (160 cm) and a bunk bed, one with a double bed (140 cm) and a bunk bed, and two with double beds. Two bathrooms, an extra shower cabin, and two separate toilets ensure everyone’s comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers. Free TV and wifi.
South-facing balcony, private parking, ski room, and laundry facilities are available for an extra fee.
Please note: bed linen and towels are not provided. Cleaning must be done by guests. A security deposit and a cleaning deposit are required on arrival. Electricity, including heating, will be charged at the end of your stay based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out. Events are not permitted in the residence.
