good working ac, nice pictures that made it more cosy, great terrace to hang out in the evening and have breakfast, nicely equipped kitchen and bathroom (kettle, hairdryer, ironing board, cutlet, plates, etc), great location even excellent
it is an old building so you need to keep in mind turning off the safety plugs and water

The quite location close to the city center. Good connections with metro.
The hot water for the shower we didn't know how to warm after few cold showers. No instructions for it. We needed to open the table with electronical fuses on our own.
