Very convenient location close to a tram stop and some shops. The roomy apartment is not very fancy but all worked properly. The description and photos were realistic. If you do not mind old-fashioned style it is a good option. The apartment was clean with walls white painted.
Streets on both sides are a bit noisy and the door cannot isolate sounds. I also sent a message two days in advance while the response was somewhat late so I had to make some plans not waiting for it.

good working ac, nice pictures that made it more cosy, great terrace to hang out in the evening and have breakfast, nicely equipped kitchen and bathroom (kettle, hairdryer, ironing board, cutlet, plates, etc), great location even excellent
it is an old building so you need to keep in mind turning off the safety plugs and water

The quite location close to the city center. Good connections with metro.
The hot water for the shower we didn't know how to warm after few cold showers. No instructions for it. We needed to open the table with electronical fuses on our own.
