About this apartment rental
Welcome to this comfortable apartment in Puerto de Alcúdia, 25 metres from the beach and with space for 4-5 people. The apartment is ideal for cyclists as there is a garage to leave the bicycles.
The modern apartment is only a few meters away from the fine sandy beach, restaurants and shops. The Miama Beach Club and the Royal Beach restaurant are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The bus station is on the other side of the street and you can go to the centre of Puerto de Alcudia or to the old town of Alcudia. The flea market in the picturesque village of Alcúdia takes place every Sunday and Tuesday. The Albufera nature park is ideal for cycling tours or a family picnic. It is also famous for its flora and fauna, especially the many species of birds that live there. A car is not necessary as all important services are close by.
The apartment has a furnished terrace, where you can have an aperitif before dinner. The air-conditioned living-dining room with satellite TV invites you to spend a quiet evening watching a film. If you don't feel like going out to eat, there is a kitchen where you can prepare your favourite dishes. The equipment includes an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and toaster. Free WIFI is available throughout the flat and there is a washing machine and iron. To sleep in, you can choose between 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bedroom with two single beds is air-conditioned and has access to the terrace. On request, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
There is a shower downstairs in the common areas to wash the sand off your feet before entering the building.
Please note:
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved during high season. Payment is made by credit card before arrival.
Electricity consumption is charged separately at 0.35 Eur /kW. On the day of your arrival, a photo of the meter will be taken and on the day of departure again to know the consumption. Both photos will be send to you. You can check your consumption at any time. The consumption is deducted from your credit card or deposit.
Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email.
