Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávanie a je pre skupinu 4-5 ľudí ideálne v primeranej cene. Apartmány sú v tichej ulici cca 10 minút pešo od historickej Alcúdie. S autom sa dá parkovať pred domom, aj keď miesta bývajú často obsadené. Vybavenie v kuchyni zodpovedá štandartom a s prípravou stravy nie je problém. Nečakajte však nadštandart. Postele sú pohodlné a výhodou sú 2 kúpelne aj keď jedna z nich je súčasťou spálne s manželskou postelou. Príjemné posedenie poskytuje lógia. Apartmán je vybavený aj umývačkou riadu a práčkou, ktorú sme my však nepoužili.
Pred začínajúcou sezónou doporučujeme vymeniť prakticky nefunkčnú varnú konvicu, dokúpiť hrnce strednej veľkosti pre prípravu stravy a aj šálky na čaj. Vhodné by bolo aj doplniť vrecká na smeti, žinky a utierky na riad.
