The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Everything was perfect. We felt so comfortable at the house, everything was even nicer than written in the advertisment, the house was really beautiful and so clean - it felt like coming home. It was a pleasure, especially because Joan is so friendly and caring. He was helpful at any time and answered always immediately - thanks especially to Joan!-It had everything we needed for a family holiday. We would definitely recommend this property.

Staying here was such a nice thing. The location is great, the beaches and markets you have just by hand,when you want to have a nice walk in a beautiful scenery of the island - on foot. Apartment is fully equiped and the company is super comunicative and helpful.

This place is a perfect place, while it's just infront of the beach, restaurants and also walking distance to two supermarkets, bus stup only few steps. The property has everything you need - including washing maschine so no need to pack lots of clothes. Thank you Mallorca Holiday Properties for lovely stay! Definitly come back!!!

Good location and very helpful property manager.
The apartment presents it self as quite worn out and in need of an upgrade. The aircon is there - but requires earplugs when sleeping.
The furniture are old and mis-colored. The door handle in one of the bedrooms got stuck.
