This is a perfect location for a short break in the heart of Concarneau

The property itself is in the pedestrianised part of town, 5-10 minutes from shops/restaurants and the market & tourist areas, and there is plenty of free on-street parking a short walk from the property. Our apartment was on the second floor, there is no lift, but easily accessible. Communications with the owners before and during our stay were very clear and organised, and we were offered a breakfast welcome pack (€15 for two people) which we thought was a nice personal touch, with a basket of local crepes, small Breton cakes, honey/jam/butter and tea/coffee bags. The whole property is spotlessly clean, everything works, nice modern kitchen and ensuite shower/wc, and everything in its place.

We couldn't find any fault about this property!

Best Location in town, very cute appartement, easy to self-checkin and checkout, loads of atmosphere

Just very small things, which could easily be improved, e.g. there was no nightstand or reading light - which is a bit of a shame, since it's such a cosy space, and to have to leave the big light on when reading in bed and then having nowhere to put the book and glasses down is a bit of a shame. Just as a friendly suggestion :)

Wonderdull luminous little place

easy access, not too busy street but a bit of passage and nice little shops, access to the sea very fast and the Halles and marché on Friday morning

Perfect in every way

Very beautifully decorated. Bed was comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Excellent communication with hosts. Accommodation was in an excellent position in the heart of this lovely town with absolutely everything on the doorstep.

We oldens found the three flights of stairs a bit of a challenge, but younger knees will have no problems. Would have liked an iron and ironing board.

Exceptionnel, Des votre arrivé les locaux sont très propres et sécurisés. Chaque porte est personnalisée avec un miroir à chaque palier. L'appartement est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnel. 2 téléviseurs,des serviettes de bain joliment pliées sur le lit. Très propre.

Compliqué pour trouver une place de parking ,mais... c'est Concarneau !!!! Ce bel appartement vaut bien un petit détour à pied.

Appartement propre et conforme aux photos

Appartement où il fait une chaleur vous obligeant à ouvrir la fenêtre pour dormir la nuit. Dommage car la rue avec un bar est extrêmement bruyante jusqu’à tard. Le lit est trop petit et peu confortable. Enfin il est impossible de se garer à proximité avec les parkings infernaux à courte durée proche de l’appartement. Le seul parking longue durée était inaccessible pour cause de festival (on ne nous avait pas prévenu), nous avons donc tourné longtemps pour trouver une place dans l’un des parkings gratuits loin de l’appartement. Apparemment, Concarneau ne souhaite que personne passe la nuit en ville.

Interessante ligging ! Redelijk compact verblijf, maar alles was aanwezig. Alles was kraaknet !

Er was erg weinig druk op het water in de douche, wat na 3 dagen wel vervelend werd. Ons appartement lag op de 3e verdieping, niet aan te raden voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn.

Appartamento pulito, accogliente e in ottima posizione. Perfetto per conoscere il luogo, si raggiunge ogni parte da visitare a piedi. Noi avevamo l' appartamento al terzo piano da cui è possibile vedere il mare e i tetti della città.

Logement très bien situé et communications très faciles avec l'hôte. Hôte aimable et accueillant. Apparement propre et aménagé avec goût.

Assez petit au final pour une famille, surtout une fois le canapé lit ouvert. Aussi, un goéland maman avec son bébé dans la gouttière de la chambre principale... Même si on comprend que c'est temporaire et que c'est une espèce protégée, et puis ça divertit bien les plus jeunes, mais bon... ça rend les choses un peu difficiles pour dormir le matin!
