The hotel is in a beautiful spot overlooking the valley, staff is excellent and courteous, the food is good... No issues there
The bathroom needs waterproofing .. and the fittings need to be cleaned and maintained..

Best thing was the food. Awesome south Indian food with a lot of options.
All the staff were upto the mark, very supportive.

Not upto the mark professionals in managing the rooms. Not clean rooms. Duvet and pillows were not clean. Not properly arranged in rooms, like not enough cups, tea coffee, sugar packets.
Felt it was a bit over expensive, while comparing other stays near the place.
Wifi was lacking speed and most of the time it was working intermittently.
Not much extra activities were provided. All activities were need to be paid and felt it was a bit expensive.
