Apart from the beach location, the apartment is located far from the tourist centre. It gave us the opportunity to have great meals for the normal price.
This is just an addition to the other comments. Did not regret that we booked it. It was a well spent money.
Marco was very helpful and the information he sent us was well used.
There is no microwave, but I think it is just an Australian thing, that we have it everywhere.

The apartment was comfortable and spacious, with an amazing view of the sea from the room and the balcony. Well equipped to cook dinner for a family of 5. Tons of small bakeries, coffee shops, gelaterias and one supermarket 5-10 minutes walking distance. The host was AMAIZING. He made sure that we had everything we needed and he provided very useful information how to get get around. Note: on Sundays, ALL restaurants close after 4 pm, so there are no places to go out to eat. Since we arrived on Sunday, mid day, we went to the supermarket and got groceries. The best meats and cheeses, ...oh, and the bread and everything in between was delicious. The location is a little far from the main Amalfi Coast. That being said, the prices were very reasonable here, for the same reason- being out of the way of touristy areas. This is a great place to stay with family and kids. We loved the beach :).
The mosquitos were the biggest I have ever seen and very aggressive. We got the mosquito pills from the store, but it did not make a big difference.

The location was perfect for us - not in the center of the city but close enough to walk to anything we needed. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We stepped right outside onto the beach which was never crowded and had some awesome man made coves all over. Marco was an exceptional host from the minute we got there. He answered any questions we had within minutes which made it a pretty much stress-free experience. He even gave us some recommendations for just about everything! We happened to be there during the celebration of San Mateo, which was absolutely incredible to watch.
If there was anything “negative”, it was the young people hanging out below our apartment that left beer bottles and trash. But we didn’t hear them at all, so there’s that.
