Localizacao muito boa, porem no terreo o que deixvaa um pouco de barulho.

Jedino dobro je bila blizina glavnog željezničkog kolodvora.
Apartman se nalazi u prizemlju, jedini prozor u apartmanu gleda na cestu ispred zgrade. Glavni ulaz u zgradu je do samog apartman tako da kroz dan i noć čujete svakoga koji otvori glavna vrata za uči u zgradu, vrata su željezna i zalupaju svaki put kad netko ulazi ili izlazi iz zgrade. Grijanje je unaprijed podešeno i ne može ga se podesiti po želji. Čistoća nije bila razini, bilo je dlaka, kose i prašine po podovima. Kauč na razvlačenje je pomalo jadan, preporučio bi domaćinu da kupi novi kvalitetniji za novac koji naplaćuje za noćenje.
