Close to downtown we were treated with smile. Very wonderful people.

The property was beautiful felt like being home!

Was a beautiful quiet stay that had everything needed. Was a close walk into town. Easily accessible with my car and safe parking. Owners and staff were lovely and accommodating.

Traffic outside is very loud, especially early mornings.

We had a great stay here and would happily recommend it. The accommodation was very clean and tidy, and it was obvious that everything was well looked after. The courtyard was a lovely place to relax, and all the common areas, including the shared kitchen, were spotless and well maintained. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We parked our car right in front of the building, which felt safe as the area was monitored by security cameras. There was also the option to have our clothes washed for a small fee, which was very convenient. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of the town centre, the supermarket, and the many small shops and restaurants. Overall, a comfortable, clean, and well-managed place to stay in Juayúa.

The location is close to downtown where there is a nice park.

The parking it's complicated because there is no parking in the location and there's no handicap access. That's a lie also you're not allowed to eat in the room. The owner was a little rude when we expressed our concerns with the parking because we had a rental car.
