Дуже тепло, чисто, гарний балкончик, гарне розташування
Поруч загальна кухня, дуже сильно відчувався запах приготування їжі. Чутно сусідів, навіть чули храп з сусідньої кімнати.

Привітна хазяйка помешкання . Було тепло та чисто .
Постільна білизна була синтетичною і простирадло було не закріплене , тому все скомкалось під тілом . На поверсі декілька номерів і немає шумоізоляції до 24:00 слухали розмови та музику сусідів . Не виспались .

Дуже сподобалась пані Леся своєю щирістю і простотою. Гарна велика територія, є стоянка для авто. Неймовірно зручне розташування— близько до центру, до вокзалу і закладів харчування, шикарні краєвиди з вікна і навколо.
Занедбаність гостьового будинку, телевізор не працює, стара постільна білизна, дуже старі рушники, погано закриваються і відкриваються вікна, відсутність миючого засобу для посуду на кухні, туалетний папір.
