We had a wonderful stay at NapoliViva. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Naples, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the possibility of leaving our luggage at the reception before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much more convenient. Highly recommended!

As the property is situated in the heart of the city, there was occasionally some street noise. This is completely understandable given the excellent central location and was a small trade-off for being so close to all the main attractions.

Appreciate the effort of the staff.

Cleanliness level could be better Bathroom has no privacy with the remaining room, a curtain needs to be installed. Better to advertise that breakfast is not taken inhouse, but to another place 300m away.

Definitely location, the helpful host always keeps communication in case you need something.

We had to book last minute and found NapoliViva with a good rating but it was a failure for us. Mold is not acceptable for staying. We were very disappointed to see the 'Room 2' bathroom had mold since the space is small and mentioned as a Deluxe room. And next morning my GF found mold in her pillowcase corner side (Room is dark and you won't be able to see clearly unless you turn on all lights). Soundproofing was weak, I was able to hear every splash upstairs neighbor's shower, and barking dog in the evening. Also, this was the very first place that I had a problem communicating in English, for communication using a translator. No mini-refrigerator.
