Anna Home in Chiaia Unica sede

Simona è un host attento e presente. Ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo, spiegandoci ogni dettaglio della casa. Si è presentato un piccolo imprevisto con una delle docce, ma Simona appena messa a conoscenza è intervenuta immediatamente! È un piacere trovare persone così.

La casa come nelle foto, pulita in posizione fantastica e vicina ad ogni attrazione da noi visitata. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Centraal in een mooie wijk van Napels en straat zonder auto's. grote accommodatie en heel vriendelijk en flexibel eigenaar. Inclusief drinkwater etc. Zeer attent.

Ondanks straat zonder auto's alsnog best een drukke omgeving. Dit geldt waarschijnlijk voor elke accommodatie in Napels.

The location is perfect, close to the ild town, shops, promenade. We traveled as a family of 6, and the host was very kind and on the first day, before checkin time, allowed our children to rest after the early flight in a small apartment next to ours and also made sure we have everything we need during our stay (clean towels, bedding, etc). The apartment is very spacious and quiet at night so we could rest well and we have been very comfortable during our stay for 9 nights (could wash laundry, cook, etc).

There is no elevator, but this was alright for us as we could carry the luggages up to 1st floor.

The location was close to restaurants, a supermarket, shops, a wine store and a taxi rank. It was a 15 minute taxi ride into Naples, 20 euros. The showers were easy and efficient but not ensuite. The apartment was clean and quiet despite overlooking the busy street. It was spacious. The host did leave a selection o f coffee, tea and snacks. Bottled water was plentiful.

The location was in a no vehicle access street. We were dropped at the far end of the street and meant a 100 yard walk with our luggage. The stairs to the front door were steep and three flights. One bedroom was good. The second bedroom was connected to the third which was open to the main room that served as dining room, lounge and kitchen. No privacy for the third bed area, Eating table was adequate but only three chairs, the fourth person used a stool. The sofa was fine for two people but there were two canvas chairs for the other two. The kitchen lacked kitchen knives and there was no oven. There was a four ring gas hob, a microwave and an electric kettle place on the gas hob. Preparation area was inadequate. Breakfast was in the adjacent cafeteria and the breakfast in the price for us provided only coffee or tea and a croissant or brioche. You could pay for additional items, egg, bacon and the like. The staff were helpful and friendly. Eating was mainly outside on the street. These aspects should be made clear when choosing where to stay.
