Hotel is beside the road along to the ancient town that easy to enter and also easy to make appoinment with taxi since eary morning for Yulong trip.
Bidet auto spray is not work 😒, anyway just one night stay then we did not call for room service.

We booked 2 bedrooms units and were happy to find out the 2 bedrooms are located in 2 different floors which gave us privacies and space. Very spacious unit. Breakfast was good. Great location, walking distance to the old town.
Our unit were located in 3rd floor, but there is not lift or escalator. Not so much of an issue, but lugging our luggage to the unit was challenging. Lucy the hotel staff did offer to help out, which was very kind of them.

The location is very good as it's just a few steps into Old Town, the hotel architecture and spacious nature of the room is also good
The person who showed us to our room kept insisting we had not booked this room and kept trying to put us in budget rooms which were far below the quality of what we had booked, only after quarrelling for several minutes did he finally admit that we had the bigger room and let us into it. We found this very strange
