    Abby and Maggi made our stay exceptional from receiving us at the main entrance to moving our large luggage’s upstairs . Their warm and professional hospitality really made our stay very memorable . Ms Abby was exceptional in helping us book train tickets , advs on tour itineraries and providing great customer service . The hotel is very lucky to hv both Abby and Maggi fronting the operations in this delightful , warm ancient inn . Good job 👍

    We had a great stay at the Lanshe Hotel. Located in the old city, it was close to shops, restaurants and everything the old town has to offer. What made the hotel special was the excellent staff who were very friendly and hospitable. The language barrier was overcome by the use of the WeChat app and they were always available to assist. They prepared beautiful afternoon teas and huge breakfasts for us which were a real treat. The room itself was cozy and very comfortable and had a wonderful old-world charm whilst having modern comforts. We would definitely stay again!
