The house is three bedrooms and easily sleeps eight. Master bedroom has king bed . Second bedroom has two queen beds. Third bedroom has private entrance and en suite bathroom. Murphy bed. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Large living room and dining area, as well as full kitchen. New granite counter tops to be installed in May . Two decks overlook the Forest. The neighborhood is in Greenwood Forest Sea Pines. This neighborhood has its own private pool and tennis court. Home has 3 TVs and a piano. WiFi .Ten minutes by bike to South Beach. Five minutes to Harbourtown . Access to tennis and golf as well as bike paths. House is 1900 square feet. Washer/dryer. Air conditioner/ heat. Fully furnished. Will rent to owners of dogs . Eat in kitchen. All new flooring. new addition.

We did something different this year, we wanted to rent a place that we could bring our dog! This home gave us the opportunity to do that! We also took our vacation in June this year compared to July. We have been vacationing in See Pines for years! This home allowed us to enjoy the Island and Sea Pines for 2025! Nice home, nice area, nice and helpful owner! Recommend for a nice vacation in Sea Pines, Hilton Head SC

House was beautiful, wildlife was very neat everyday! Dr. Ellis communicated very well with instructions and info! Would definitely stay there again in future! Lots of room and very comfortable! We loved our stay

We had an enjoyable stay here. The walk ability is perfect for us- quick walk to restaurants and to Harbour Town. Lots of wildlife outside and lots of room to relax inside.
