Welcome to the completely renovated BESTNEST at 3 Hollyberry Lane in Sea Pines. Here’s the skinny - just buzz us for more details: Our advertised rates are our very best rates and calendar shows real time availability. We encourage you to book online!

• Super stylish, 3 BR/2 BA home with all LVP flooring.
• Large deck with full time propane to fire table and gas grill. Fireplace is decorative and not for guest use.
• Sleeping includes 2 Kings, 2 twins.
• Neighborhood pool is 5 minute walk. OPEN April-September each year.
• Password protected WiFi and enhanced Spectrum cable.
• 4 LED televisions.
• Laundry is a breeze in our big, fun laundry room.

• Our hallmark? CLEANLINESS! Yes, we’re shouting it out and so are our guests- just read our reviews.
• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk in 15 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Greenwood Forest. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

We’ve stayed 5 times...3 of those at 3 Hollyberry Lane. It’s a convenient location, very clean, and comfortable. Beverly and her team are fantastic!

Reviewer Comments: This is the third BestNest property we have rented, and all have been great. 3 Hollyberry was comfortable and an easy bike ride to the beach. The house was well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood- and as expected, stocked with everything we needed for a great stay, including s’mores sticks!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was nice but much smaller than the pictures depict. The master bathroom is tiny and difficult for 2 people to use. Also, the property is not close to the beach. We had to drive to a location then catch a shuttle to get to the beach. Impossible to bike there while carrying all your beach gear.
