Cristián and Virginia are incredibly kind and welcoming. They really want to give you the best possible experience in their home, whether that is a home-cooked meal, help planning tours or activities, or just a good conversation to learn more about their family and life here. Breakfast was always delicious and an actual meal instead of something super light/continental style, which we appreciated, and Virginia was very accommodating in planning meal times around our tours. The beach was a very short walk away and a perfect place to meet up with the Drake Bay hiking trail to explore the forest and coastline. Thank you both for everything!

Virginia was so accommodating with meals and her food was a wonderful part of our stay. The only thing I could recommend to make it even better is to maybe ask guests if they are more interested in local Costa Rican plates or more American-style meals (or a mix). It was my fault I didn't communicate from the beginning that we really wanted as much local food as possible, as those meals were always our favorite and enhanced our experience so much.

The property was very clean and welcoming. Cristian and his family were incredibly kind and hospitable. The property is surrounded by rainforest, away from Drake Bay, making it the perfect place for anyone who wants to immerse themselves in nature.

Geweldige ligging in de natuur, vlak bij het strand, op ongeveer 8 km van Agujitas Drake Bay. Om er te komen heb je wel een 4x4 nodig, of de boot van Sierpe laten varen tot Tent Camp en dan 500 meter stappen met al de bagage. Alle activiteiten geboekt in Drake Bay halen de deelnemers altijd ook op in Tent camp. Geweldige ontvangst, lekker eten, goede airco...

Booking stuurde ons naar een verkeerde locatie, in Agujitas. Gelukkig hadden we via WhatsApp contact en konden we naar de juiste plaats rijden.

Very close to beach. Warm friendly hosts and good meals.

Room is very small with no view. Feels like a trailer or tiny home with very strong chemical smell (cleaner, to mask mold?). Very expensive for what u get. Scent of the room/bathroom was overpowering and for scent sensitive folks this will be very hard.
