Centrally located, a 5-minute walk to bus stops, shopping mall and pedestrian zone. You can walk or get the free buses to all tourist places. Quiet at night.
The water tank is a bit small and you have hot water for about 5 minutes. This was the only negative point for us.

Many supplies. Everything you will need.The bed was big and soft. Generally clean. It was nice and warm with hot water. Very nice neighborhood.
The kitchenware were totally dirty. I took a glass from the cupboard and there was lipstick on it! (But the rest of the house was clean as i mentioned). And last one, they should put a locker for the keys for convenient check in. We came from Greece, i informed the owner what time we would arrive but eventually we arrived one hour later and i felt very bad that he was waiting for us for one hour.
