The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. There was also a parking spot available, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!
I wish the room linens were a little more modern, and I also found the laundry service to be quite expensive. It was cheaper to use a nearby laundromat.

Location, variety of rooms to choose from, ours was big compared to other room sizes, , little garden if you can arrange with staff to access it, onsite parking, kitchen with all the stuff u need, free coffee /tea. Massage chair.
The extra 300 yen per night per person tax is not shown in the initial booking price..the mattresses are older and fluff (too soft) pillows need updating. No lift, just stairs

Traditional tatami style room.
No reception and entire house is dark even though there is automated sensor movement lighting. The bathroom is not in the room itself. Slightly inconvenient.
