Location, variety of rooms to choose from, ours was big compared to other room sizes, , little garden if you can arrange with staff to access it, onsite parking, kitchen with all the stuff u need, free coffee /tea. Massage chair.
The extra 300 yen per night per person tax is not shown in the initial booking price..the mattresses are older and fluff (too soft) pillows need updating. No lift, just stairs

After a smooth check-in we were shown to our wonderful room the host offered to us. It exceeded my expectations in size and comfort. So much so I immediately fell asleep in the middle of the afternoon. A great location with plenty of options to enjoy the surrounding area.

Traditional tatami style room.
No reception and entire house is dark even though there is automated sensor movement lighting. The bathroom is not in the room itself. Slightly inconvenient.
