Signing a lease for 4 nights accommodation, with an extensive in-depth list of every piece of furniture fixture,knife fork and spoon in the apartment (including the ducted cooling)

The host is resourceful and deliver the keys on site and makes us feel welcome. The main room and living room has great view of the lively streets below and I enjoyed the view. The windows has sound insulation and it was great. The other two room has window to the service court but has no view and mostly dark. The spaces are great for a family of 4.

The room is at level 2. There was renovation below the unit for a commercial space and it was noisy in the afternoon because of that . It is not something anyone could prepare for. The towels in the bathroom shall be replaced. There are plenty but most of them are turning gray.

Great location, staff were helpful and apartment was very clean & comfortable.

Location was great - about 5 minutes to Gothic quarter. It is on a mostly pedestrian road - but very noisy all night! Not the property's fault - but if you wanted a window open for air - it was extremely noisy! Back rooms too - from interior noises. Comfortable bed - big 'bolster' type pillows - and a safe which was a bonus - but no instructions how to use - we had to call the reception lady back. the kitchen had what was expected - but see comments below! The lift was a bonus - this was on the 'e' floor - 1st floor. Great coffee shop practically next door - excellent breakfast options and food. For the amount we paid and the location - and as there were only 2 of us and that we were only there for 3 nights - we coped but if there were more people staying in the height of Summer....uhm!

The 2 back bedrooms( one was like a cell) had windows that opened onto the service shaft - dark- and had what looked liked something for rodents... These rooms were also noisy - from the lift and people in property. The kitchen had a dishwasher and washing machine- it would have been good to have at least a couple of dishwasher tablets there - who wants to buy a whole bag whilst on hols? A few basic provisions ( as we have had in other apartments) such as salt/ pepper etc - there was oil and 2 lots of sugar! We had to put the rubbish out, otherwise get charged for it.... there wasn't a rubbish bin in the front bedroom....
