Sloth Hostel Don Mueang

We stayed over for 15 hrs in Bangkok and needed a place to freshen up. The hostel provided bowls and cutlery (they even do the washing up!), free hot drinks, and a microwave. The room has a fridge, and everything is pretty standard for a hostel, but I must say the bed is firm and comfy!! It exceeded my expectations. I fell asleep immediately and had a restful night. The Thai deep tissue massage nearby is a must-go, feels like sports massage PRO!

Hostel without elevator and had to take stairs. Hostel is within walkable distance to Terminal 2, had to take Grab to Terminal 1 (can’t cross the road even though it looks really near on Google Maps).

Walking distance to the airport. Around 20 minutes

The location is walking distance to DMK Airport even at 3 in the morning, which is when I checked out of the hostel to walk to the airport. The staff speak English well enough and the entire property is the cleanest and most organized of any that I have stayed in.

Although 7 Eleven is less than a 5 minute walk away, restaurants, shopping areas and supermarkets are too far away to walk to.

Sleep, very poor design for dorm rooms, sliding doors, constantly left open throughout the night letting light in from hallway. Lucky if i got an hour sleep, much better hostels close by
